Custom Flake Chip Options Custom colors come with custom color flake chips (up to 3 colors)

Our Standard epoxy garage floor coating kits include enough flake chips for a light flake density. ( Our Full Kits include 1.5 lbs. Half Kits include 3/4 lb. )

Note: Light density requires 2 lbs. per 1,000 sq ft. Medium density requires 5-10 lbs. per 1,000 sq ft. Heavy density requires 20-30 lbs. per 1,000 sq ft. Rejection density requires 150 lbs. per 1,000 sq ft.

If you choose the fine flakes the amounts need to be doubled to achieve the right density. The flake density photos below LIGHT, MEDIUM and HEAVY represent our 1/4" (standard) flakes.

The flake density photo below FLAKE TO REJECTION is shown with our 1/4" (standard) flakes. Flake to Rejection is when the floor is totally saturated with flakes.

The FINE is shown with our 1/16" (fine) flakes. When ordering you will have the option of selecting either the Standard or Fine flakes included in our complete coating kits.
